I am appearing for IPCC in May'15. I just want to know how to be tension free during exams

just stay confident.. and no body can teach u how to b tension.. b strong enough dear...
ye too choti si exam h.. life k bade exams due h... so stay calm cool,
whenever u felt tension stay away from books for a while.... dont worry or think too much
