As we all know only two months left for ipcc group 2 exam I have no too much preparation in auditing and I started itsm just know. Plz tell me what study plan should I follow and the important topics.

There is nothing called most important or least important topics in CA examination, that's what I meant by saying not to indulge in selective study. The paper setter does not have such thoughts, better to give equal importance to each and every points that you study.

my another question is that
Ca in full time employment cannot become auditor of company.
full time employment means if he is working in a firm then also he will be called as full time employment and
is he does part time job in two firms then he will be disqualified also.

As far as time period query of yours concerned, as students will always feel if only had that extra week or day would have helped me. These are normal feelings which a student is bound to undergo during the time of examination. The most important thing for you to keep in mind is to think positive and give best in the remainder of the time available with you.
Only an auditor who is holding full time COP will be eligible to be appointed as auditor of a company. A CA if he is working as a full time employee he can never be called upon to carry out any attest functions. Only a partner of a firm who is appointed as auditor of the company is eligible to attest the financials of the said company.
