Their is any restriction on ca pass percentage it means my friends has said that, ca board pass a students to certain percentage that is 15% or less after crossing the percentage board will fail even they write excellent . it is correct are wrong . please reply quickly.

ICAI has a right to overall moderate the result to keep the number of passouts to a certain limit.
