Exam leave for finals

My CA is not allowing me leave for 6 months for my Nov 17 exams on the argument that it is not possible on his behalf. I have clearly told him to extend my articleship period if needed but he's not allowing me leave and asking me to take transfer if I wish so. What will Institute's reply be on this matter? What should I do? Kindly help.

Generally there will not be any issue in providing leaves for examination, but may b there is shortage of man power with ur principal thats y he is denying for leaves. U may better take transfer if u r unable to prepare in short duration of time. Or u may go for single group. I'll suggest to take transfer only if anyone provide u decent leaves for examination. Ask him/her at the time of interviews regarding ur leaves for examination and only after that take transfer.
