is der any rule that if ipcc student js giv grp1 n dont giv grp2( even though he/she filledup both grp forms ) wont get exemption in any subject of grp1 ??? does he/she gets ineligible for exemption in grp1???

no, wat informtion u got is incorrect and if u appeared for all papers of grp1 then once u secure 60+ in any paper of grp 1 then u will be eligible for next 3 consecutive attempts irrespective of whether u appear for 2nd grp or not.

Na..nothing like that
For exemption you need to appear all paper of a group.... So if you didn't appear second, still you can get exemption in firstgroup
