21 August 2013 You may get your form signed by any non-practising chartered accountant too so if there anyone u know then you can get your form signed.

21 August 2013 yes in the exam form it is written member of the ICAI and non-practicing CAs are also member of the ICAI so he or she can sign the form you may confirm by making a call to ICAI...
