I have filed up final 2016 exam form within the date that is 26-8-2016 but haven't submitted hard copy yet due to some reason.
can I submit it now or not?

now u cannot submit it but send it via speed post to deputy secretary exam department new Delhi address

The Chapters will not accept the Examination Forms beyond due date. You have to send it by speed post within the stipulated time period otherwise, you application will not be considered as received. As the expert has already suggested you to post it to Delhi, the more your delaying, it is not helping your cause.
