I started article ship 21/04/2014 and same transfer it leave is 230 , further re joining article 23/03/2015 tii today can I elible Nov 2016 attempt

For 33 days, you were not doing articleship anywhere... i.e. from 18/02/2015 to 23/03/2015......this is nothing but pushing your original date of joining viz 21/04/2014 by 33 days ....say 24/05/2014
Since it goes beyond 30/04/2014.......hence the eligibility of May 2017

OK thanks sir and one more thing industrial training period is Max 12 month my question is when I eligible for industrial training

The period of industrial training may range between nine months and twelve months during the last year of the prescribed period of practical training
