29 October 2017 Yes I agree with Mr.Ashwini Ballodia ICAI mentioned we should use only Black pen from Nov 17 exam onwards. The reason behind this is at the time of scanning papers for those who applied for verification it will consume more data for blue ink pen. And ICAI mentioned we should only bring Staplers,Blotting paper ...etc
