Is it possible to write ans of law in own words to the extent that the meaning of particular section or sentence does not change ? Or to write ans as per institute material,Which option is better to fetch good marks in ca final exam?

yes it is....but it is always advisable to refer the exact sections of the act...closer you are to the exact language of the section, better marks you get...
