I, Namita Agarwal holding Registration Number: ERO-0152837, made an
online application for the 2nd group of CA Final exam, to be held in
May 2014. But the PDF copy of the form has not been generated subsequent to the payment, although the APPLICATION WAS SUCCESSFUL as well as the
TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL as per the status available on the site. As
a remedy, it was suggested to re-pay and generate the PDF. However, as
I login, the webpage which turns up shows only the hyperlink to save
the PDF and on following the link, a blank page opens up without any
traces of the PDF File. Therefore, it has become practically impossible even to make the payment again for generating the PDF nor to make any fresh application. The last date for receipt of the hard copy at the institute is 28th Feb 2014.
Kindly suggest me any solution at the earliest. Your urgency is highly expected.

alternatively, if you dont get any response in time, kindly submit the physical form. I understand it causes additional efforts and money but focus on studies and dont get distracted by the peripherals.
