I Am student of Ca Final and My exam is due in May2012 And i am confused whether new direct tax code would be applicabe for my exam

Hi,
DTC will not be applicable to you attempt. Rather you shopuld first b ready to face GST. As per ICAI norms, amendments in any law within immediate six months before exams are not relevant for that particular attempt.
