Dear Sir,
I want to know about Eway bill Generate procedure, i hear that it will be applicable from tomorrow 26/07/2017. please tell me the full procedure of Eway Bill, Generate/ who is liable/how to generate etc. etc......

As per my knowledge the E-way bill which we are hearing is not something which has been introduced by the centre. The states have re-named the form-38 which was prevalent during VAT.
Just for knowledge:- E-way bill will be called e-way bill because it will be uploaded online and we will be able to access such bill from the common portal.
