sir can u please tell me how marks are allotted in ipcc exam... is marks are allotted according to the suggested answers... please help me

Yes marks are allotted according to the suggested answers given by Institute. If you want more about evaluation of papers then you should read examiner's comment on every paper.

NOW SOME OF THE INSTITUTE (NOT ICAI) HAVE UPDATED NOVEMBER SUGGESTED ANSWERS WILL THE SUGGESTED ANSWERS OF ICAI BE THE SAME???

SIR PASSING PERCENTAGE IS DECIDED BY PRESIDENT OF ICAI ???

It would be difficult to say that it is decided by the president of ICAI. Personally I feel that this is not the case. Any kind of decision in this regard may be taken by the board of studies.
