Estamp for Letter of undertaking

i have recently done some civil work for a construction company and for them to process my retention amount they have asked me to submit a Letter of undertaking on Rs 100 stamp paper.
My question is:
- Who will be the 1st party and 2nd party in this case?
- Should i print the letter of undertaking on the stamp paper or can i attach a copy of the letter and mention in the estamp that it is for LOU?

You will be the first party to undertake to pay the construction company in the event deficiency in your service.
