Estamp for Letter of undertaking

16 February 2021 i have recently done some civil work for a construction company and for them to process my retention amount they have asked me to submit a Letter of undertaking on Rs 100 stamp paper.
My question is:
- Who will be the 1st party and 2nd party in this case?
- Should i print the letter of undertaking on the stamp paper or can i attach a copy of the letter and mention in the estamp that it is for LOU?

Print the undertaking in stamp paper or use estamp.
