whether any in - principle approval required from the BSE for new scheme of ESOP? And what are compliances for BSE in this regard pre & post?

Kindly check the language of previous in-principle approval. For example if approval from BSE is for 10000000 options under scheme 2007 then you can issue only 10000000 eq shares under scheme 2007.
For other scheme like scheme 2008 you have to go for another in-principle approval
