01 January 2016 Dear Sir,
I want to know that whether a non Salaried Director of Pvt. Ltd. Co. is counted as employee for ESI in the following cases :-
1). He doesn't get monthly salary.
2). He doesn't participate in the working of the company.
3). He just get profit or loss in the proportion of his share.
