If any employee is getting Salary more than Rs. 21,000 per month then is he eligible for esic deduction or not? And what is the benefits for the deduction? Also if any employee left the one organization and join some other organization in that time he gets the ESIC deduction amount or not? Please Advice.

ESIC Limit Gross salary Rs.21000/- so more than Rs.21000/- gross salary ESI is not Applicable.
ESIC Employee and dependents can avail free hospitalisation in ESI hospital or networks hospital. Esi leave employer cannot retrenchment employee, employee can claim sickness benefits, maternity benefits, permanent disability benefits, etc
If employee leave organisations he can continue ESI code to avail benefits he need not wait minimum contribution period to avail major surgery or treatments.
