31 August 2013 If,the contractor labourers come 2 the factory premises & does some work & goes within a week then whether ESIC is deductible on the bill????

Paying ESI due in your case is the responsibility of contractor. Rest is dependent on the mutual understanding of company and contractor. Contractor can change the ESI from you for one week as component of total fee for one week.
