More than 20 person are working in my organisation and their salary is more than 20000/-.
Is there mandatory to apply for ESI & PF ?

ESI is applicable upto salary limit 15000/- Gross. Once salary exceed this limit then all benefit of ESI is closed. PF facility is depend on Employee & employer choice.
