If I have 25 to 30 employee. The ESI & PF is applicable. If applicable kindly brief me what should i do for the same.

Yes both will be applicable .(for ESI can be exempted in certain circumstances ).First step is to get register yourself,if it is a new organisation or this is the first month that your employee strength is exceeding 20 /10 ,then there is no issue ,just apply for it ,& in case you have a old co & nos were more in the past also ,then also go for registration ,take help of some professional who will guide u so that you can save yourself to the max extent for the past .
