21 June 2013 Sir,

My sister is a part time teacher employee. . She have been employed at two schools.. both are deducting Esi.and She have two esi deduction now.. can she ask any one of my school not to deduct esi. and my pay is below 15000.. Kindly help me urgent. if so what is the procedure
