26 July 2021 The Employee contribution of PF and ESI is disallowed for FY 2018-19 .After Budget 2021 is there any way of winning the case .Whether earlier case Laws M/S ESSAE TERAOKA PVT LTD VERSUS DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF INCOME-TAX KARNATAKA HIGH COURT: February 4, 2014 [2014] 366 ITR 408 (Kar) holds good.Regards
