If any area is not cover under ESI Act. The Company of this area should be any fund to cover employee health insurance??

If ESI is not cover for your area of Establishment Than you can Provide alternative Insurance Policy to safeguard interest of Worker and organisation. But the Health Insurance will not Substitute for ESI , ESI will cover other act along with employee safety such as workmen's compensation act 1923 & maternity benefit act 1961 etc. which will not covered in Health Policy.
