Error when starting my laptop

When I start my laptop it appears a error message ie... "windows has recovered an unexpected shutdown"
problem event name:- Blue screen
It results into automatically log out in every 5- 10 minutes.
I have using Net Protector Antivirus Software
Please help me...

Are you using win7? It is win 7 os bug. Make sure yoy have updated latest win updates.
