Error parsing the IT Return XML.Please upload a proper xml file
Please rectify the Above error(s) and upload your return again

27 July 2009 Please try regenerating the XML file. Small tempering in xml file after its generation will not let you upload the same. Also there is possibility of some technical error in you itr. Like you have missed some details or have not filed the same properly. Please check your ite and regenrate your xml file and then try uploading it. It should work.

28 July 2009 U might hav missed filling some info. which u were required to fill mandatorily.

28 July 2009 note down the query as shown while filing the return. Then open xml file & note its location, by this you can easily identify your errror & correct it. Then again create a new xml file or overwrite the existing one & file again.
