No Solution. GST Portal is not accepting GSTR 1 of August 2017 currently. You can fill the details and save it at present. I think it will allow once due dates of filling GSTR 2 and GSTR 3 of July are passed.

August month GSTR 1 2 and 3 filling date is not finalized...
So, wait for the notification....
