Sir,
For Errection Commissioning & Installation Service from March 2006 abatement notification has came. Before the abatmentment what is the tax valuation proceesure.
And we are the dealer of Airconditioning works. From when we should cover under this service.
Please clarify.

From 16/06/2005 onwards, heating, ventilation or air-conditioning including related pipe work, duct work and wheet metal work has become taxable. Previous Notification to 1/2006 was 19/2003-ST dated 21/08/2003 allowing the abatement to CAI services.
