19 May 2012 please tell me service tax department changed return filing system monthly, quarterly, halfyearly.We have pvt ltd company, partnership firm, how to submit returns in which time we submit, and please provide return details monthly, quarterly, halfyearly (formats) what is the time to submit returns.

19 May 2012 if service tax liability of company is above 25 lakh then company need to file return monthly basis and any other case (i.e non company or company having service tax liability less then 25 lakh last year) on quaterly basis but such amendment subject to approval of budget ...........
