Respected sir
There is a provision in income tax act regarding deduction of Equilibrium levy and remitting the same to govt if we do the payment to foreigners for advertising services....
Sir, my query is that we have deducted the 6% as Equilibrium levy but don't know the proper procedure to deposit the same..kindly help..
