I failed to fill the EPF return for the month of november which become due in december.
So now i want to fill the same please tell me the late fees / interest regarding the above issue

2 months to less than 4 months 10%PA
4 months to less than 6 months 15 % PA
6 months above 25 % PA
2 months to less than 4 months 10%PA

Sir is it calculated day wise or month wise and on which amount total or only on share of employee?

Sir,Today i upload the txt. file and it shows in the Draft side of the new epf site due to invalidation txt, file and not showing any TRRn No.
