14 August 2013 DUE DATE FOR EPF & ESI IS 15TH OF MONTH & ESI 21ST OF MONTH & THERE ARE GRACE DAYS ALSO?
ADVICE ME WHETHER AS AN AUDITOR WE SHOULD TAKE 15TH & 21ST OR DUE DATE B/W GRACE DAYS WHICH IS BETTER?

14 August 2013 Grace days concept only in PF payment. not in ESI payment

PF normal payment date is 15th of month with 5 days grace days 21st of the month

ESI normal due date is 21st of the month

But Incase of PF paid with availing grace days is fine with only PF authority, but incase of Income tax if PF paid after 15th will be disallowed
