18 November 2016 A company is not covered under EPF ACT so is it liable to file any form under the act?? (company is having less than 20 employees and their salary exceeds 15000 pm)

18 November 2016 Present Limit a) to every establishment which is a factory engaged in any industry specified in Schedule I and in which twenty or more persons are employed , Since you are Less than 20 numbers no need to file any form since you are not come under purview of EPF act 1952
