31 October 2011 Dear Sir,

(1) Can a 100% EOU get the status of "STAR EXPORT HOUSE" , IF my export has crossed the limit specified for this status by DGFT / Foreighn Trade Policy ?

(2) If an export house has crossed turnover of 100 crores (Total of turnover of last three financial years plus current financial year), he can get status of Star Export House. Is this limit right and OK ?
