What is form 40 under the KTEG Act, 1979? Who can Issue F-40? Whether we get Entry Tax exemption if we get F-40?
Pl clarify.

2. I/We have caused entry of the above goods into the local

the K.T.E.G Act, 1979 and we shall pay the same;
