I wanna ask, how to do entry for purchase & sale of shares in tally if i want to do it like stock entry, or if any other way possible so that calculation of Profit/Loss can b made easily and the method should b FIFO.

You have to make entries through financial journal. In Sale and Purchases heads, while opening these accounts, keep Inventory Options open.
