Hello All
My client has made FDR for Rs 109000/- in March 2015. Now in March 2016 he reinvested the amount of maturity amount of Rs.118855/-. What will be the entry of reinvestment of FDR amount in Tally?.
Pl give the entry.

U need to show it by different entries. First show the maturity of the Funds(realisation of money) and then show the investment entry.

I think you can do this by passing a singe entry also as follows:
New FDR a/c Dr. 118855
To Old F DR 109000
To Interest Recd on FDR 9855
New FDR a/c Dr. 118855
