Let me know we want construct a factory - the expenses like labour; cement and sand which head we have to take - and also the entry for this

Hi,
Since it is related to maing of building you got to have Capitalised the Same,
First transfer to WIP A/c & on ompletion of part after receipt of CC form architect capitalise the same.
So 1st
WIP A/c Dr...

2nd...
Builing A/c Dr...
...To WIP A/c...

Main ledger: Capital Construction Expenses.
Sub Ledger : Make as many heads as you need... say material... cement, steel, metal, sand, dust, wires, planks, silver ply, other and so on... under labour also plinth labour, floor labour, BBM labour and so on.
