Company intend to take all staffs for picnic. Expenses incurred for Resort and GST on it can be claimed ?

30 March 2018 First the activity of taking employees on a picnic is a supply of service to the employees and the same is taxable. So, you need to value the service provided to them and pay GST. Since, you are providing the same category of service which you received, you are eligible for the ITC even on the GST paid on Food
