what is the proccedure to change the name of a private limited company

Step 1 : Conduct board meeting and choose the name.
Step 2 : File form 1A
Step 3 : Conduct board meeting again withe the name approval letter.
Step 4 : Conduct egm and obtain share holders permission.
Step 5 : File form 23 alongwith 3 copies of new memorandum and articles of association.
Step 6 :Surrender old certiciate of incorporation and get new certificate of incorporation.
Step 7 : inform your banker.
