07 December 2013 Wheather a agreement is enforcable by law if date of frankinfg is after date of agreement and same is signed by parties afterwards. Say , Date Of Franking : 18.10.13 Date Of Agreement : 10.10.13. In my opinion , franking date should be before date of agreement. Because document can be said as an enforcable agreement only after franking

07 December 2013 I agree with your view but I will recommend you to seek confirmation from Solicitor or Advocate who are experts on conveyancing matters rather than you and me as they may be aware of some precedents in the form of case laws by HC/SC

07 December 2013 In my view it should have franked before date of agreement.

Usually non-judicial stamp paper is used for such purpose.
