Encashment exemption

27 May 2013 If Employee has not retired person but he took the leave encashment on continue job that time what exemption limit for encashment. Please solve my query.

13 July 2013 Any leave encashment beofre retirement is fully taxable and no exemption is available. It is exempted only if ti is encashed after retirement.
