Employer not providing form 16

My Employer is not providing Form 16 for AY 2012-13. Also Form 26AS is not showing any credit under TDS. My Taxable Income is 290000/-.
What should I do.

30 July 2012 As he is not providing you the Form 16 it means he has deducted the tds from your salary and has not deposited.

31 July 2012 The amount is not appearing in 26 AS. So you cannot claim the TDS amount.

Don't file your return now. File it afterwards as belated return.

Ask your employer to revise the TDS return by correcting the PAN.
