Employer ESI registration cancellation

17 January 2022 Need advise on how to close/cancel the ESI registration of a manufacturing partnership firm. Is there any online process. The manufacturing unit is closed w.e.f 15-12-2021.

Please guide.

17 January 2022 PF and the ESIC registration can be cancelled but can only be surrendered for its permanent closure. You need to apply before the ESIC and PF Commissioner from where you obtained registration. Online process not available.
