23 February 2024 Not Able to change the Email id and mobile no in authorized signatory of a proprietor in GSt Registration where need to keep different email id and mobile no for proprietor and authorized signatory and proprietor himself is authorized signatory. In non core tab being a primary authorized signatory pop up for change the email and mobile details not coming. how to solve this issue Experts please advice.

15 March 2024 in amendment saction when visited in authorised signatory tab, change in email and mobile filed is not poping up.

13 August 2025 For a sole proprietor who is also authorized signatory, GST system treats them as one entity, so email/mobile updates happen in Core fields section.
Non-core fields do not allow separate email/mobile updates in this case.
If different details are essential, add a separate authorized signatory.
