Elligibilty to set-off marks of one group with another

I am a CA Final(New Course) Student and I gave my CA Final attempt in Nov 2010. I only secured 2 expemtions in FM & IDT scoring 70 & 60 respectively. My query is that whether i have two secure 400 as total for both the groups in my next attempt or 200 each in individual groups.

400 as total for both the groups INCLUDING 70 AND 60 IN THAT TWO PAPERS

400-130 = 270 marks will be required in remaining six subjects subject to minimum 40 marks in each subject.
