Provision laid down in the company secretaries regulations 1982 (as amended) that a candidate shall be exempted from the following paper(s) of the executive programme if s/ he possesses the qualification (s) specified against each paper, having secured 50% or more marks in the aggregate and applies for exemption on or before last date of enrolment for the examination paying the requisite exemption fee which at present is Rs. 100.00 Per paper.

Company accounts and cost & management accounting:-
MA (corporate secreteryship) / Mcom with advanced accountancy as one of the subject as graduation / post graduation level and with full paper in cost accounting / management accounting / financial management at M.A. (corporate secreteryship) / M.Com / MBA level having secured 50% marks in the subject concerned ) from a recognized university / institute either constituted under act of parliament or approved by AICTE.
