Eligible for appearing in final exams?

11 October 2013 I have joined articleship on 10-10-2012 now i m taking transfer on 8-10-2013.
my question is if now i do join articleship after 2 month gap period (ie in Dec.2013) , will i be eligible for may 2015 final exams?

11 October 2013 In such case you are not eligible for May 2015 exams because of you have to 2 months break in articleship training period since on 1-5-2015 you complete only 2 years 4 to 5 months only. But as per ICAI required has to complete 2 years 6 months(including excess leaves if any) to get the final exam eligibility.

No you will not be eligible for May 2015, because your article ship period extend for 2 months.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
