I need to know the eligibility of employee in an establishment
12 January 2015
Employees drawing basic salary up to Rs 15000/- have to compulsory contribute to the Provident fund and employees drawing above Rs 15000/- have an option to become member of the Provident Fund .

employee his basis salary upto rs. 15000/-
will eligible to contribute the epf.
remain employee also can contribute. but it is not legally bind to all employee.
