Hello, can any one clarify my doubt?
I need to known the threshold limit for tuition fee eligible for deduction under section 80c. If suppose an assessee had paid tuition fee of Rs.75000 for his sons ( I.e RS.25000 per child ), how much he is eligible to claim deduction under 80 c.

under 80c ., tution fee can be deducted from the gross total income., and the total amount od deduction U/sec 80C id 1 lac., so as u paid the tuition fee of Rs.75000 ., entire amount can be claimed as deduction U.s. 80C

Hello dear..I am totally agreed with Mr. Bhargav...in Addition you have to see for defination as the defination of normal tuition fees as layman understand and defination as per Income tax is differ.
